Product Description

The MULTI-FRAME series multi-functional die-cast aluminum alloy frame component is fabricated via high-pressure die casting using 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. Its main body, sized at 200mm×120mm×80mm, incorporates a Φ30mm circular groove on the top for hydraulic line connections and a Φ12mm main mounting hole at the front (suitable for M12 bolts). A 15μm micro-arc oxidation (MAO) coating offers wear resistance, and it has passed the ASTM B117 salt spray test. It is applicable for structural support and protection in industrial robots, 5G base stations, medical devices, and security systems.
