This product is a precision - die - cast aluminum alloy radiator housing. It is made of ADC12 aluminum alloy through high - pressure die - casting. The top integrates 40 parallel cooling ribs (with a spacing of 4mm), and the surface is anodized (Ra≤1.6μm). The bottom has Φ12mm mounting holes (with H8 - grade tolerance). It has passed the AEC - Q101 automotive certification and IP54 protection certification, and is suitable for extreme environments ranging from - 40ºC to 150ºC, meeting the heat dissipation requirements of automotive thermal management systems, communication equipment, and industrial machinery.
