Product Description

This 90° double - male - threaded elbow is made of 304/316 stainless steel. It forms a 90° bending arc through the cold bending process (bending radius R = 1.5D). The external threads at both ends are precisely machined by a CNC lathe, conforming to the GB/T 7306.2 - 2015 taper pipe thread standard. The surface retains the natural silver - gray metallic luster of stainless steel (with some machining graininess or slight oxidation layers visible locally, which are normal). The product covers a nominal diameter range of DN15 - DN100mm, with a wall thickness of 2.0 - 3.0mm. It combines high strength and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for scenarios with high requirements for pipeline corrosion resistance, such as food processing, pharmaceutical equipment, chemical transportation, and marine environments, providing a reliable and long - lasting connection solution for fluid transmission.
