Product Description

This product is a multi - functional metal rail connecting plate. It is made of 304 stainless steel, processed by precision stamping and CNC machining. The surface is electrolytically polished (the rail surface in the first picture) and passivated (the connecting holes in the second picture). The long - strip - shaped main body is suitable for linear rail systems. The combination of hexagonal holes (Φ5mm) and round holes (Φ8mm) allows for high - torque locking and quick installation. The side grooves (in the first picture) can be installed horizontally or vertically. The mirror - like surface (Ra ≤ 0.4μm) reduces friction loss. It is applicable to automation equipment, electronic brackets, industrial furniture, and automotive interiors, meeting the standardized requirements of multiple industries.
