Product Description


This assembly integrates an engine cylinder head and valve cover, formed via high - pressure die - casting of high - strength AlSi7Mg aluminum alloy. The main body includes a Φ120mm cylinder head (with a Φ45mm central hole) and a Φ80mm valve cover (with an integrated semi - circular ring structure). A 15μm wear - resistant micro - arc oxidation (MAO) coating is applied on the surface, and CNC machining ensures a tolerance of ±0.02mm, being compatible with the ISO 5211 flange interface. It is applicable to gasoline/diesel engines in the automotive industry, thermal management systems in aerospace, and sealing of marine diesel engines. It can resist a high temperature of 150ºC and has passed the ASTM B117 salt spray test.
